Gordon is the man

Gordon is awesome but this apps hard to use. Uk measurements. Poor instructions. Love the vids would love to see more but needs a little work. You cant get double cream in USA. Offer substitute. I uses whipping cream. Come on plz improve I want to see more recipe but these are not USA friendly Im a Gordon fan still
